Crown Chakra - Consciousness

We complete our exploration of the Chakras at the top of our head - The Crown Chakra.

This energy space rests at the culmination of all of the work we’ve done to clear and align each of the lower level chakras.

Once this work has been done, we are able to unify with the divine within us - to integrate with our higher selves.

As we expand our awareness of ourselves, so too does our consciousness and the ways that we exist and interact with the world also expand.

With conscious awareness we become sovereign creators recognizing the power available to us in each passing moment to choose our actions, thoughts, and feelings.

To explore this energy in more depth - write down what you consider to be your biggest distraction or obstacle in your life right now that prevents you from being fully present. Once you’ve identified what that is, can you commit to spending a day without it (including with your thoughts and mental energy)?
